As I have embarked on a closer study of Sri Aurobindo’s work I see clearly how much of his spiritual philosophy I have assimilated into my own understanding of spiritual life. And perhaps more importantly, how his ideas guided me to have experiences of cosmic consciousness and the nonmaterial realms of subtle awareness that he writes about so extensively in numerous of his books. In this book I elucidate as clearly as I can my understanding of Sri Aurobindo’s teachings of the path that leads to cosmic consciousness and I will relate those ideas to my own experience and my own teaching work.
