Shipping and Delivery
We utilize multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the US and aboard. All items are shipped within 3-5 business days of your order date.
We primarily ship via USPS and UPS within the USA, and USPS and DHL internationally. Once your payment has been processed and verified, our team will ship your order within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number. Please ensure that your shipping information has been inputed properly.
If the package is returned as non-deliverable we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
International Delivery:
We ship via USPS and DHL. Shipping rates vary depending on location and weight. You can find out your actual shipping cost at check out. Prices on our site are in US dollars and are charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion. Your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time your order is placed.
International Customer Fees, taxes and Duties
All applicable customer fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customer authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.
Tracking
Tracking information is sent via email.
Shipping Cost Refund Policy:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
Order Cancellation Policy
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for production and shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees, which is why orders can not be cancelled.

Digital Products
How will my ebooks or audiobooks be delivered?
Your ebooks are delivered automatically and immediately upon purchase by an email from BookFunnel. If the email hasn’t arrived in 5 minutes, look for it in your spam folder - or if you have Gmail, in your Promotions folder. The book will be delivered to the email address you used at checkout.
Your BookFunnel Library
Log into BookFunnel with the email you used to purchase your books, and you will find your library here: https://My.BookFunnel.com. Your library will contain all ebooks you have purchased from BookFunnel from any and all authors.
How will I read my ebook?
We recommend downloading the BookFunnel App, or use the BookFunnel cloud reader on desktop.
How do I listen to my audiobook?
You can listen to your audiobook in the BookFunnel app, or by streaming in the BookFunnel cloud player, or with DRM-free MP3 downloads! The BookFunnel App is built specifically for audiobooks.

Digital Products Refund Policy
There are no refunds on digital products, including ebooks and audiobooks because they are delivered instantly to your email.
