How To Use This Deck
- For Meditation and Contemplation
Choose a card randomly from the deck and read the insight it contains. Sit in contemplation of it for 10 to 20 minutes. When you are done exploring the meaning of the card sit for another 10 or 20 minutes in silence, allowing space for your own intuitions to arise. Repeat this practice daily.
- As prompts for Journaling
Choose a card randomly from the deck and read the insight it contains. Write your thoughts about the insight in a journal or notebook. Allow your writing to be as spontaneous as possible and pay attention to the way your own words build on the wisdom of the card. Repeat this practice daily.
